Key Responsibilities
Administer, implement and manage basic to moderate complex compensation, benefit & work life programs, plans and initiatives for AOL Global Operations.
Support the design, modelling, implementation and administration of compensation programs globally.
Implement, communicate and administer compensation policies and process for the company.
Manage and support the detailed implementation of the Global Benefits Platform across all countries.
Manage payroll vendor ensuring a seamless service delivery to AOL Global Operations.
Support the implementation and administration of the Annual Review Program.
Partner with our Business Advisors to review requests for salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices and review requests for revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
Partner with the business advisors to review and analyse employee compensation for internal equity and market competitiveness.
Skills/Experience Required
Demonstrated mastery of compensation and benefits concepts and theories.
Experience managing compensation and benefits function across several countries.
Experience in compensation analytics and modelling.
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Proven project management experience, ideally initiating and implementing payroll systems and process.
Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen, ideally technical industry experience.
